Active living
Regular exercise has been proven to have a positive effect on your mental health and well-being. But that doesn’t mean you have to run a marathon .
There are lots of things you can do to get active: walking; cycling; dancing; swimming; football – it all counts. Even simple changes like taking the stairs instead of the lift could have an impact.
